With Ph.D. in hand just a few short years ago, I never planned the life of salonnière. I started the Erotic Literary Salon on a bit of a whim and it has steered my life in a different direction. Soon Poetry Brothel, Smut Slam, SexTalk, and Dinner & Sexuality Conversations (working title) will be added to my ventures. This year will see a blossoming of sexuality events in Philadelphia, the home of the Erotic Literary Salon.

On a more personal note, I danced at a friends wedding party this week and heralded in the New Year dancing at a Zydeco party. My 5 week old hip and body are feeling little pain, amazing the powers of adrenalin.
