The Erotic Literary Salon will be held Tuesday, April 15. Ainsley Burrows, creator of Sweet Spot Nation a pop-erotica extravaganza, will WoW us with his masterful presentation.  Weaving words into undulating poetry and body in motion. Erotica as you have never heard it before. Ainsley’s presentation was originally scheduled for January, but was rescheduled because of salon cancellation. Unfortunately those seemingly fluffy, harmless snowflakes can be most destructive when they unite. http://www.burrowsink.com

Approximately twenty attendees will also entertain with their 5-minute sex memoirs, rants, short stories and poetry.

The Talk: For Adults and Q&A will be lead by Ainsley Burrows. Ainsley has spent the last 14 years traveling and performing all over the world as a poet.  He will give a talk on what it takes to live as a full-time artist; how to perform and constantly create; how to network; and how to build your brand.

Dr. Susana and Walter’s Salon style discussion, at the end of readings, TBA.

PHILADELPHIA: The Erotic Literary Salon, unique in the English-speaking world has launched a growing movement mainstreaming erotica. Salons attract a supportive audience of 70 or more individuals. Approximately 20 participate as writers, readers, storytellers, spoken word performers of original works/words of others, the rest just come to listen, enjoy and applaud. Frances, our resident nonagenarian (96 years young) occasionally recites her original erotica.

Salons gather the 3rd Tuesday of every month at TIME (The Bohemian Absinthe Lounge), 1315 Sansom Street, Center City, Philadelphia. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. (limited seating), for cocktails, food and conversation. Talk and Q&A between 7:00-7:30 and readings begin at 8:00.
