Essensuality: An Evening of Erotic Expression

Tomorrow, Sunday, December 8th, 7-8 at L’Etage, Philadelphia – I shall be attending, join me.

Details below:

Sex, love, relationship…
Anger, passion, longing…
Unspoken desires, unrealized fantasies,
unheard of sensual adventures…

Essensuality invites out the essence of sensuality. The raw, vulnerable, uncensored, tender – usually private – moments step out into the spotlight to be shared. In poetry, spoken word, dance. Comedy, storytelling, music. Or some genre of your own imagination. The evening will include: Featured acts, open mic performances, and spontaneous combustion…not necessarily in that order. Bring yourself, your friends, your lovers. Your desire, your embarrassment, your uncertainty. It’s all welcome here! After all, that’s what it is to be a sensual being. And that’s what we’re celebrating…the sensuality that lives — whether hidden or on the sleeve — of every single one of us.

Featured Guests:

*The Black and the Jew*
Meet the fabulously funny and convention-breaking couple, Epstein and Hassan (The Black and The Jew), as they reveal their personal insights into relationships, sex, race, politics and the enlightening system known as of “BlackJewLove Technology.”

Her erotic fiction has been published in anthologies edited by Violet Blue, Rachel Kramer Bussel, Jolie du Pre, and Alison Tyler as well as online at various erotic websites. But make no mistake, she is not featured for her credentials. She’s featured because she is essensuality personified. You’ll see.

From the award-winning creator of Phone Whore and slut (r)evolution comes for | play, running for two nights only Nov. 15-16 at the Playground in the Adrienne Theater, 2030 Sansom St., Philadelphia.

Breaking through the fourth wall, this unique one-hour performance invests viewers in the very progression of the action — liberating their own personal feelings of sexual creativity.

The tour continued this year to 25+ cities and over 60 performances.
